The Educational Leadership Group, LLC is a consultancy to K-12 educational enterprises that are interested in designing schools and school systems for the realities of today and the potential of tomorrow. We believe K-12 education needs to be reinvented, rebranded, and revitalized as a source of pride for our communities and our country. We direct our efforts to clients who feel the same way.

Sally Anderson, Principal Consultant
Sally is a passionate educator dedicated to the idea that educators, not policy makers, are the designers of our educational enterprises. She has worked in a variety of leadership roles over the course of her K-12 career before developing a consultancy. Her formal degrees are in speech pathology, communication, and adult and organizational learning. Formal training and the training in the trenches conspire to offer clients a unique approach. She brings a sense of urgency, commitment to quality, and a belief that educators are best suited to design their schools to be a source of pride for their communities. She is a seasoned and skillful facilitator, strategist, and executive coach.
