Our approach is user centered, a departure from conventional improvement approaches. We use a dynamic planning process adapted from a variety of approaches including service design, design thinking, and the Business Generation Model.  We apply relevant research in and outside education to inform strategy creation.

Learning conditions for both the providers and the users are created by intentional design or by default.  We provide you with practices to create conditions for structure, support, and oversight to monitor and adapt. The result is alignment across roles and focused attention.

We assist you in reviewing the alignment of what’s on paper, what’s in practice, and what’s the priority. If these fundamentals are not in sync, we assist you in determining the drivers keeping you where you are. Research of implementation science is adapted to the education context.

We facilitate a review of the fit of the strategy, the actions you have taken, and those you desire to take.  We help you crystalize the results you want from these efforts.  Strategic thinking practices that we teach you can become part of the DNA of your leadership team.
